Students taking an exam must be enrolled and in possession of a validated legitimation card. This must be shown at the end of the examination. Registrations: All students, including mobility and Erasmus students, must register or deregister online via CTS. The exact registration and deregistration deadlines must be complied with (see examination dates or "Registration and deregistration deadlines" in CTS). In case of registration or deregistration difficulties in CTS, do not contact the lecturers or persons from the institute. Visit in instead the online VSL-Support.
Cancellations made after the official cancellation deadline must be submitted in written form (no e-mail, no fax) and must be received by the Institute at the latest 48 hours before the examination date/time (postmark) for the attention of Jennifer Hockley (see above for contact details). Written cancellations will not be confirmed. Cancellations due to sudden illness (after 48 hours before the examination date) must be justified. Important reasons include unforeseen events that make participation in the examination impossible, illnesses or accidents. In case of illness or accident, a medical certificate is required. This must be submitted to the Institute within 10 days of the examination date. Anyone who fails to appear at an examination without giving notice in time and without good reason will receive a grade of 1 for that examination.
